What questions to ask in a post-event survey?
Worth asking: overall satisfaction, speaker ratings, content relevance, ease of registration, venue quality, and whether the event met expectations.
Worth asking:
- How satisfied were you with the event overall?
- How would you rate the speakers or presenters?
- Was the event content relevant to your goals?
- How engaging were the sessions?
- How easy was registration and attendance?
- How would you rate the venue or virtual platform?
- Did the event meet your expectations?
- What was the most valuable part?
- What could we improve next time?
- Which topics would you like to see in the future?
- Would you attend another event from us?
- Would you recommend this event to a colleague?
Keep it short and send it out soon after the event, while it's still fresh. Leave one open - ended field for comments - ratings alone won't catch everything.
