This Privacy Policy explains how Agaya Cloud ("we", "us", "our"), based in Madeira, Portugal, collects and uses personal data when you visit agayacloud.com or interact with us (for example, joining the TrueSignal waiting list or contacting us by email). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What data we collect

Usage data: pages visited, time on page, device/browser type, approximate location, and referral source, collected via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity - only once you accept analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
Contact data: name, email address, and company details you provide when you email us, join the TrueSignal waiting list (via our Tally form), or otherwise contact us.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data.

4. Who we share data with

We use third-party processors to operate the site and analyse traffic: Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited), Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation), and Tally (waiting list form). These providers process data on our behalf and under their own privacy terms. We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers (e.g. Google, Microsoft) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, as provided by those vendors.

6. How long we keep data

Analytics data is retained according to the cookie durations set out in our Cookie Policy. Contact and waiting-list data is kept for as long as needed to respond to you or deliver the product, and no longer than necessary for that purpose.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request erasure of your data
Object to or restrict certain processing
Request data portability
Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect prior lawful processing)
